   For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. – 2 Timothy 1:7

   I am reminded by your verse that we are not to be timid, but instead, to be strong and confident. To stand firm on His Word. To strive toward the prize of salvation. Then I am reminded of 2 Tim 1:7. It’s as if the two verses go hand in hand.
